What does it do?

This feature allows users to decide on the freight price based on the historical rates that exist on the Alvys platform (Market rates), which have been applied to the customer and carrier for a freight with similar criteria: pickup and delivery locations, dead head miles radius, equipment type.

Historical rates are presented in the chart separately for the customer rates and the carrier rates for a period of time: 5, 15 and 30 days. The source of historical information is from your specific account and/or consolidated information from all Alvis tenants:

• Market Rates - show the consolidated Rates for a lane based on All Tenants loads
• My Company Rates - show the consolidated Rates for a lane based on your company’s previous loads

This feature can be accessed from the left sidebar menu "Loads - Rate Index”

Next, define the origin and destination pair for the lane, add the required radius in miles, and select the equipment type. As a result, you will receive statistics on rates according to the specified search criteria.

You can access the feature after setting the appropriate permissions by the tenant admin.
