Within a load, scroll down to find the load management ribbon to execute and manage your load. It’s on the right side, directly underneath the Carrier Details panel.
Map will open a trip map you can view.
Chat allows you to collaborate on a load without the need for extra phone calls.
In Notes you add custom details to the load.
Click Docs to go into load documents.
There are no limits to the types of Documents you can add on a load. You can do that by clicking Docs on the Load Management Ribbon and pressing the Add a File button.
