If you need to update the customer on a released load in Alvys, there are two available methods to complete this task. Depending on your preference, you can either adjust the load status yourself or request assistance from a live agent through our chat bot.

Option 1: Revert the Release Status

  1. Navigate to the Management Ribbon:

    Open the load and locate the Management ribbon at the top of your screen.

  2. Select "Manage" and Revert the Status:

    Click on the Manage dropdown menu, and then choose Revert Status. This action will change the load’s status from Released back to Delivered.

  3. Update the Customer:

    Once the load is set to Delivered, you’ll be able to modify the customer information as needed.

  4. Re-release the Load:

    After making the necessary changes, you can release the load again to complete the process.

Option 2: Request Assistance

If you prefer not to adjust the load or trip status yourself, you can get help from our support team:

  1. Use the Chat Bot:

    Navigate to the chat feature within Alvys and start a conversation with our chat bot.

  2. Choose "Talk to a Person":

    Select the Talk to a person option to connect with a support representative. They can assist you with updating the customer without altering the load or trip status.
